​- An initial one-hour meeting to go over your Wedding/Event details and vendor information.

- Two additional one-hour meetings to finalize wedding or event details, visit the venue, and review vendor contracts.

- A dedicated Wedding/Event Day Director and coordinator on day of your event.

- Direct access to your Lead Planner via phone, text, or email.

- Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline.

- Confirmation of details with each wedding professional during the week leading up to and the day before the wedding.

- Coordination of the wedding ceremony rehearsal by your Lead Planner.

- Setup and breakdown of floral arrangements, decor, signs, favors, etc.

- Eight hours of service on your wedding day.

- Direction of your wedding ceremony.

- Coordination and maintenance of the reception timeline.

- Collaboration with vendors to ensure a seamless day.

- Welcome guests and provide assistance leading to the event areas and seating.

- Management of the reception's progression.​

- At the conclusion of your event, we will gather your personal belongings and hand them over to the family member you have designated.
